Overview: SMC Plus Controllers Allen-Bradley SMC Plus (Bulletin 150) controllers are compact, solid-state motor controllers designed to provide microprocessor-controlled starting or stopping of low-voltage, squirrel-cage AC induction motors with 3-phase power supply in the range of 200 to 600V AC. They are primarily intended to control induction motors rated from 0.33 to 1000 HP (Horsepower), but they can also operate resistive loads like space heaters and incandescent lights.
