Manufacturers use different features and labels, so it is very important to carefully read the manual. There are a lot of options shown in this diagram; sink vs. source wiring for discrete signals, 0 to 10 V vs. 4 to 20 mA for the analog I/O, and two wire vs. three wire control as indicated by the jumper from terminal 1 to 11.
