Exit planning for manufacturers

Manufacturer's Monthly

Manufacturers’ Monthly meets with RSM’s financial services team to explore how manufacturers can navigate the often-stressful task of selling a business, and what is easily missed when owners start to map out a succession plan. Australia’s manufacturing ecosystem is largely made up of small to medium enterprises (SMEs), most of which started with little resourcing and have grown through the trials and tribulations of economic, supply and labour challenges.
